If you haven’t yet benefitted from one of our Wellbeing Works sessions, there are lots of opportunities coming up! Wellbeing and resilience are at the heart of Devon’s ability to survive, recover and thrive. If we look after ourselves and our teams we can all reap the personal and professional benefits. Wellbeing Works is an exciting opportunity for Devon based businesses, employees and individuals to benefit from the tools, techniques and inspiration we need to prioritise and develop our wellbeing and resilience during the pandemic recovery period. We can offer Devon free workshops and 1-2-1 wellbeing check-ins. Our next Boost workshop is the Aligned – Gentle and nourishing movement using the Franklin Method on the 2nd November and Wellbeing for men or individuals supporting men on the 17th of November coming up. We also run monthly online sessions. Our next 5 Ways to Wellbeing workshop is on the 10th of November, join us for this interactive session to explore the what, why and how of wellbeing. For more information about the project please visit our web page, and you can find all our workshops here. Please follow us on Eventbrite through this link.
