If you look after a relative, friend or neighbour in any way, from as ‘little’ as doing some shopping for them through to being a 24-hour carer, you are welcome at our support group.
The group is here to lend support to carers by offering a safe and confidential space to ‘let go’, learn new skills, share hints and tips and gain support from people able to help you more in your caring journey.
We are still in our early stages but once up and running we plan to be able to offer respite for attendees, in-home help for those that need a little extra and trips and socialising outside of the support group times.
There is no need to book, just come along if you are able. If you are not able to attend but would like to be o our mailing list, please do email Emma – sidmouthcarers@gmail.com and she will be in touch.
