Rocket’s Worry Workshop – a free, fun and magical story based workshop to help children ages 5-8 understand worry and learn simple tools to manage it.
Devon based children’s therapist Charlotte Allen will be visiting Sidmouth Library to share her story ‘Stan the Safety Man’ a ‘cheeky, empowering book that teaches children why we worry and what to do when it strikes’.
Four 25 minute drop-in workshops over the following dates and times:
Wednesday 27 May – 10am start or 11am start
Thursday 28 May – 2.30pm start or 3.30pm start
