Teams with their own Raft Race to assemble outside Watersports Hub at 4pm .
Fancy Dress competition will be judge around 5pm .
Rafts will be taken from Port Royal to the starting point at Clifton end for 6pm start.
The Raft Race is sponsored by South West Water .
