Let’s Go Fly a Kite. On Sunday 5th June from 12.00 noon onwards, everyone of any age is invited to ‘Go Fly a Kite’ together on the green area above Jacobs Ladder Beach, adjacent to Peak Hill. The Catholic church in Sidmouth has been holding this event for the people of Sidmouth and its visitors since 2011 and it has grown over the years! We will also be sharing an extremely large chocolate birthday cake, as well as other special goodies, to celebrate the Church’s birthday (Pentecost). Bring a picnic if you like and a kite if you have one – but come anyway! There is no charge, and we can promise you a lot of fun.
